The problems people actually hit, and the fix for each.

My AI app says AI Smith can't do something these docs describe

Your AI app keeps the list of AI Smith's abilities from when you connected. After we add something, refresh it: open your AI app's settings, find AI Smith, press Refresh (or disconnect and connect again), then start a new chat. In ChatGPT it's Settings → Apps → AI Smith → Refresh. In Codex, also quit and reopen the app.

It still says "waiting for approval" after you approved me

Start a new chat. Your AI app is remembering the answer it got earlier in that conversation.

My AI app can't find the server

Check the address ends in /mcp: https://app.aismith.my/mcp.

ChatGPT has no "Create" button

Developer mode is off, or you're on the free plan. See Set up.

Nothing happens when I ask for something

Check AI Smith is switched on for this chat. ChatGPT may need it turned on per conversation.

I can't take down an Instagram or TikTok post

Those platforms don't allow it from outside their app. Delete the post in Instagram or TikTok.

A TikTok customer didn't get an automatic reply

TikTok only allows replies from a Business account, to customers who messaged first, within 48 hours of their last message.

A comment I just answered still shows as unanswered

The platform's list can lag by about 10 minutes. AI Smith checks again right before posting, so it won't send a second reply to a comment that's already answered.

My photo or video was rejected for one platform

Ask your AI app to fix it, for example "resize it for Instagram". If it can't, it can post to the other accounts and leave that one out.
