What happens
- Your AI app lists unanswered comments on your recent posts.
- It drafts a reply from your playbook, or uses your own words. If the playbook doesn't cover a comment, it asks you what to say.
- You approve the exact reply.
- It's posted under your business name. Just before posting, AI Smith checks the comment again. If someone already answered it, nothing is sent.

- Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok for Business.
- Which posts
- Posts from the last 7 days by default (up to 30), newest 10 posts.
- Hide
- Instagram, Facebook and Threads. Hiding can be undone, nothing is deleted, and nobody is told.
- After posting
- A reply can't be edited or removed from chat. Do that in the platform's app.
- Delay
- A reply you just made in the app can take about 10 minutes to show up here.
