Get an alert when a customer needs you

When the assistant hands a conversation over, your phone can tell you straight away. Alerts are set up in your account page, not in chat.

  1. Open app.aismith.my on your phone and sign in.
  2. Go to Needs You and tap Enable notifications. Allow notifications when your browser asks.
  3. That's it. Handed-over conversations also appear on the Needs You page.

On iPhone

Add AI Smith to your Home Screen first (Share → Add to Home Screen), then open it from there and enable notifications.
