Good to know

  • "Waiting for you" means the assistant handed it over, or someone at your business replied in the app.
  • Each message shows who sent it: the customer, the assistant, or a person at your business.
  • Long chats show the newest 100 messages.
  • Your AI app asks before handing a conversation back, because it was set aside for a reason.
