Send a DM when someone comments a keyword

"Comment PRICE and we'll DM you the price list." When someone comments your keyword on Instagram or Facebook, they get your DM automatically. You can also post a public reply under their comment.

Say this

When someone comments PRICE on my Instagram posts, DM them our price list.
On the post we just made, anyone who comments BOOK gets our booking link, and reply "Check your DMs!" under their comment.

Stop the PRICE rule.

What happens

  1. Your AI app shows you the rule: keywords, the DM, the public reply, and which posts it covers. Nothing is on yet.
  2. You say yes.
  3. The rule is on. Everyone who comments a keyword gets the DM, with nobody checking each one.

Good to know

  • A rule covers one post made through AI Smith, or every post on the account.
  • Keywords match whole words, so "app" won't fire on "happy".
  • When the person replies to your DM, automatic replies take over if they're on for that account.

A rule keeps running until you stop it

Quiet hours and pausing automatic replies don't stop a comment-to-DM rule. Only stopping the rule does. A stopped rule can't be restarted, so ask for a new one instead.
